Robert grew up in Port Dover and established many of the trails on The Flats as a young man.  His passion for the development and his respect for the Carolinian Forest surrounding it have assured the enjoyment and survival of the Old Growth Forests for generations to come.

About the Builder

Home designs are based on craftsman style and will feature a blend of Hardie board, stone and brick exteriors. Rugged timber accents adorn the front of these homes and are milled from trees taken from the site.  Architect Dan Auther has conceptualized the look for the development.
Construction standards will include hardwood floors, air conditioning and granite counter tops just to name a few. Purchasers will be allowed to upgrade insulation packages to increase the comfort and most importantly the efficiency of their homes.  These upgrades can include Triple Pane windows, R-31 exterior walls, R-60 ceilings and insulated basement floors and walls that dramatically improve the performance of the home.
