The province has just announced a state of emergency and has issued a stay-at-home order for at least the next 28 days. Effective Thursday at 12:01 the government has ordered everyone to remain in their households with the exceptions for essential purposes only.
The sales office will be closed to the public but our day-to-day business will not change. We will continue to work from a remote location. Our staff will continue to socially distance and wear masks where necessary however as new home construction is considered essential the site will be business as usual. We will be available to carry on with client meetings via Zoom where requested.

This spring brought us the beautiful Dover weather that we all longed for through the Covid lockdown. It's great to be back outdoors on this amazing property. There is nothing like 14 acres of private walking trails and the river outside your door to help you relax.
Black Creek was lucky to have foundations in the ground when the government brought construction to a grinding halt. We are proud to say that we are meeting our closings even in a pandemic.
We are nearing completion of our newest model home, a 1600 sq. ft plan with walk out basement. It is the perfect layout for those looking to downsize in comfort. The walk out basement offers a bright airy space for entertaining visiting family or friends. It is open for viewing by appointment only.

The Port Dover Perch Derby is a whole lot of fun for all ages. This years derby runs from Saturday April 27th to Friday May 5th. The 22nd Annual Cast Off Party is on Friday April 26th at the community centre with early bird draws, raffle table, kids games, wind buffet and live music!
